We are a boutique production studio that creates custom training libraries for enterprise software. The legal entity responsible for this site and any data collected through it is Akora Cloud Inc., a Canadian corporation operating under the trade name "Seismic".

What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out the discovery-call form on this site, we collect your name, company, work email, and the note you write describing what you need trained on. We collect this so we can reply to your inquiry and prepare for the discovery call.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server log data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, referrer, and timestamp — for security, abuse-prevention, and operational purposes. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, whose privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal data.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to discovery-call requests and other inquiries you send us.
- To prepare for and conduct discovery calls and follow-up engagements.
- To send replies and engagement-related communications. We do not send marketing newsletters.
- To maintain the security and operation of this site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate this site and reply to inquiries — currently Cloudflare (hosting and aggregate analytics) and Microsoft 365 (email).
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
- An acquirer, if Seismic is sold or undergoes a corporate reorganization, subject to this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep discovery-call submissions and other inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the engagement, or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are retained per our hosting provider's standard retention.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. EU/UK residents have these rights under the GDPR. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@seismic-technologies.com.
We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
International transfers
We are based in Canada. If you contact us from outside Canada, your information will be transferred to and processed there.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through this page.
