Tell us what needs training.

A short note is enough. The system in question, who'll be using the library, when you'd want to start. We reply within one business day.

New engagements

A few fields, no obligation. If you'd rather email, send a paragraph to hello@seismic-technologies.com describing the system being trained on, the audience, and any deadline. We reply within one business day.

We reply within one business day.

What we'll ask in the first call: what software, what changed, who needs to learn it, what formats your downstream channels expect (LMS, wiki, slide-decks, embedded help), and what success looks like at week six. Discovery is a paid, fixed-fee step that produces a written scope; nothing else is committed until you've seen it.

Procurement & security

For security questionnaires, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, vendor onboarding, COIs, or W-9s, write to hello@seismic-technologies.com and we'll route to the right person. Most documents we can return inside a week. See the security page for our standing answers to the common questions.

Existing clients

Use your engagement contact for anything related to in-flight work — scope changes, review cycles, retainer requests. For account-level questions (invoicing, contract renewal, escalation), email hello@seismic-technologies.com with "Accounts" in the subject line.

Press & partnerships

For press inquiries, partnership proposals, podcasts, or speaking, email hello@seismic-technologies.com with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line. We will not respond to cold outbound sales pitches; please do not add us to outreach sequences.

Before you write

The practical questions about reaching us — response times, what to include, what we won't reply to.

What is your typical response time?
One business day or less for new inquiries, security questionnaires, and procurement paperwork. Same-day for in-flight engagements during a review cycle.
What is the best way to reach you?
Email. New engagements, procurement paperwork, and existing-engagement questions all route through the address on the contact page; we do not run a phone line or live chat. Discovery and review calls are scheduled by email and run on video.
What information should I include in a first email?
A short paragraph is enough. The system being trained on, who the audience is, roughly when you would want to start, and any deadline you are working to. We can scope the rest of the questions during a discovery call.
Do you take cold sales pitches?
No. We will not respond to cold outbound sales emails or accept additions to outreach sequences. Vendors with a clear product fit can email a one-paragraph pitch; we read everything but only reply when there is a fit.
Do you sign NDAs before a discovery call?
Yes, on request. Most clients prefer to keep the first call high-level and only sign an NDA before sharing system access or sensitive details; we can sign a mutual NDA in advance if that is your standard process.
